Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2025  ·  Last updated: May 1, 2025

Booth Ledger is a local-first app for booth renters to track income, expenses, and generate summaries for tax preparation. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

What We Collect

Nothing. Booth Ledger does not collect, store on a server, or share any personal information. We do not require an account, email address, or any identifying information to use the app.

Your Financial Records

All income, expense, booth rent, and summary records you enter are stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data never leaves your device through Booth Ledger.

If you delete the app, all locally stored records are removed from your device.

CSV Export

When you export a CSV file, the app generates the file and opens your device's native share sheet. You choose where to send or save it — Files, email, cloud storage, or anywhere else. Once you select a destination, that transfer is outside Booth Ledger's control and subject to the privacy practices of the service you choose.

In-App Purchases

Booth Ledger offers a one-time Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems and verified through RevenueCat.

For details on how Apple and Google handle payment data, see their respective privacy policies.

Analytics and Tracking

Booth Ledger does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, advertising networks, or third-party trackers.

Children's Privacy

Booth Ledger is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
